We just made it through the whirlwind of Thanksgiving. It flies by with all the preparation for shopping, cooking and planning your Black Friday purchases. I don't know about you, but it's all kind of stressful until it begins. Anyway, now it's time to plan for my personal favorite: Christmas.
So this month is all about finishing my Christmas shopping, more planning, cleaning and more planning. We are hosting two family Christmas events within a couple days of each other. We go all out with food and tons of Christmas games.
In the midst of your Christmas chaos, remember the reason for the season, take a deep breath and don't forget to not completely ruin your diet. I don't believe in diets that start on January 1st, so I'm starting mine now. Don't let one, two or five Christmas parties set you back, just keep doing your best.
